Biography
Ann is a Tourism Extension Associate with North Carolina State University. She works with communities and partners across the state to support tourism development and sustainability. Savage works with the parks, destination marketing organizations, and other community and state organizations in these efforts. Currently, she has a project working with remote tourism-dependent communities that are recovering from both the COVID-19 pandemic and a hurricane in the fall of 2019.
