Biography
Jeff graduated from Angelo State University with a BBA and MBA and is also a graduate of Session 235 of the FBI National Academy. He spent 25 years in law enforcement with the San Angelo Police Department, retiring as the Assistant Police Chief. Following his law enforcement career, Jeff served as a senior disaster program manager for the American Red Cross before joining Texas A&M AgriLife’s DAR Unit in 2020. Jeff is the West Area Chief for the AgriLife DAR Unit, which spans from El Paso to Austin.
