Biography
Angela Smith is an Extension Educator in Pike County Pennsylvania where she leads 4-H Youth Development programs and serves as the area PROSPER team leader. Angela holds National Registry EMT certification and serves as a volunteer EMT in her community.
Program areas include youth and community preparedness programming as well as substance abuse prevention. Mrs. Smith also serves on the Leadership and Civic Engagement Team at the State level.
