Biography
Andrea Higdon is the Emergency Management System Director for the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. She is responsible for safety and emergency preparedness activities in the College, including emergency action plans, business continuity, mitigation, training, compliance, and liaison to local, state, and federal stakeholder groups. She also serves as the project director for multi-state and national projects designed to protect the food and agriculture sector.
