Located a couple hundred miles south of the Arctic Circle, Art is the statewide Energy Specialist in the University of Alaska, Fairbanks’ Extension Service’s Home, Health, and Family Development capacity area. Art focuses on blackout backup energy, healthy homes and cold weather mitigation after a disaster.
