Biography
Henry is the the Small Farm Director at the UNiversity of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. He works directly with farmers in Eastern and Southwest Arkansas. He provides farm business assistance, as well as crop and livestock production assistance to Socially Disadvantaged Producers (SDPs). He also assists producers in using USDA Programs including risk management educational programs.
