Biography
Kathy Jolly Vance, County Director for ISU Extension and Outreach acts as a point of contact in the Extension System in Iowa and also serves as the PIO for Louisa County after stepping into that role during the 2008 Iowa Floods. With a background in radio news she is well suited to the immediacy required in the job of PIO.
