Biography

Educator by trade w/ BS and MS in Education.  35 year military veteran with focus areas of Company, Battalion, Bridgade and State level Operations, Logistics and Disaster management military support. Received 2nd Masters in Stategic studies and Leadership. Took ICS training and went to the Joint Task Force Commanders course. Currently President of local Rotary club and Elks lodge member. Lifetime Girl Scout with highest award- Gold award. Highest military award- Legion of Merit. Familiar with State and local emergency management operations.
