Biography
Linda Reddish is a passionate statewide Extension Educator with a deep commitment to supporting young children and their families. She leads the charge in coordinating Nebraska Extension’s nationally-recognized Co-Parenting for Successful Kids (CSPK) program, which provides educational workshops in English and Spanish to aid parents navigating the complexities of custody modification, separation, and divorce.
Beyond co-parenting support, Linda spearheads a state and national team implementing Nebraska’s innovative CDA Professional Development Specialist initiative. This program, in partnership with the Council for Professional Recognition and the Nebraska Department of Education, strengthens access to Child Development Associates (CDA) credentials, critical for ensuring qualified early childhood educators are available for Nebraska’s youngest citizens.
In line with the Nebraska Extension Disaster Education Network (EDEN)’s mission to reduce the impact of disasters through science-based education, Linda’s work aligns with the network’s commitment to providing timely and relevant resources to Nebraskans. By developing programs and partnerships that address the specific needs of young children and childcare programs, Linda contributes to EDEN’s goal of building resilience in communities across the state.
