Biography

Hi, I am Nick Pappin. I am the Assistant Director of the Program for Digital Initiatives at Washington State University, in the CED unit of Extension. My work focuses on the role broadband access and adoption plays in communities, as well as assisting them to build better infrastructure. I have not had a traditional role in disaster education and programming, but I do come from an IT background where on call rotations and restoration of services was a part of the normal course of work.
