Paul Putnam
Biography
Paul Putnam has served in Georgia Homeland Security/Georgia Emergency Management Agency for 7 years from 2000-2007. He was instrumental in Hazard Mitigation Planning and Grant programs, creating a state-wide planning section, and securing over $10 million dollars in competitive grant funds. From 2007-2014 Putnam worked as a county based educator with UW-Extension focusing on Community, Natural Resources and Economic Development. More recently from 2014 to present, Putnam has served as District 1 Director for MSU Extension in the central and western Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
