Biography
Rachel Pienta serves as 4-H agent in Wakulla County, Florida. She earned her PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Florida State University. She is a FEMA certified Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainer. Her disaster response experience includes mental health support, logistics, shelter management, damage assessment, and point of distribution management.
