Robert “Bubba” McGill works as the Associate Program Director – Operations and Finance, for the Disaster Assessment and Recovery Team based out of College Station, TX. He manages Operational Deployments, Business Services and Finance for the Team. He is a retired US Naval Officer and Aviator with 31 years of exemplary service.
