Biography

Sara Croymans is an Extension Educator with the University of Minnesota Extension Center for Family Development. She received her B.S. from South Dakota State University and M.Ed. from the University of Minnesota. Sara is committed to assisting individuals and families develop critical life skills in financial capability. As an Accredited Financial Counselor through the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education, Sara has financial counseling experience with disaster survivors, gamblers, and military service members and their families. Sara is a co-author of the University of Minnesota Extension / North Dakota State University Extension Service’s Recovery After Disaster: The Family Financial Toolkit and co-developer of the Financial Recovery After Disaster Video Series.
