Biography
Stephanie Carlson is an Extension Assistant Professor for Utah State University who specializes in emergency preparedness, self-defense, finance, food safety, and tai chi. She received her Master of Education in Communicative Disorders & Deaf Education from Utah State University. Before working at Utah State University, she was a City Council member and emergency manager for West Haven City. She created emergency management documents, developed and approved policy, and was the tactical lead for emergency preparedness, response, and recovery efforts for the city.
