Biography
As an extension forester I’ve been responding to (and trying to prevent) wildfire and tree mortality disasters in my region of the Central Sierra Nevada for the last 14 years. That experience has led me to work with colleagues within our UCCE system to increase our capacity to respond to disasters through a current NIFA grant. Our disaster guide for staff was completed in 2020.
