Biography
Tommy was an author and instructor in the EDEN S-CAP program and has delivered this course across the country, including in his home state. As such his interests are in ag and rural community emergency preparedness. Additionally, he is an expert in waste management and animal mortality composting and worked HPAI response in Minnesota.
