Biography

I serve the Northeast Region of Alabama as an agent on the personal finance team. My background with disaster response is related to the Tuscaloosa, AL tornados in 2011. I worked in student housing at the time at UA and the building where my church worshiped was in the path of the storm. Because it was destroyed, there was significant recovery response from members of other churches around the southeast. I created a webpage with timely communication for volunteer groups to sign-up to assist with the recovery effort in the coming weeks and months, served on planning committees, helped establish a continuity plan for campus outreach operations, and assisted with the general disaster relief effort with volunteer groups in collaboration with Church of Christ Disaster Relief.
