Disaster Resource Guide for Small Businesses

Resource guide provides a general overview of issues that small businesses may face as a result of a major natural disaster and assistance available to address those issues. This disaster resource guide was originally prepared by the Missouri Small Business & Technology Centers (MO SBTDC) in June 2011 (updated May 2017) in response to the severe storms and tornadoes that struck southwest Missouri in 2011 (Missouri Declaration #12576/12577, Disaster: MO-00048; incident: SEVERE STORMS, TORNADOES & FLOODING occurring: April 19, 2011 and continuing).
