MO Extension Community Emergency Management Program

University of Missouri’s CEMP provides education and technical assistance to individuals and families, local governments, businesses, schools and organizations in preparing and responding to natural and man-made disasters. This site provides the rationale and history of the UME CEMP program. Resources from the CEMP are readily available from all pages of the MU Extension Web site through the “Emergency management” tab. UME uses the site also to publish guidance for its employees.
